We have an exciting opportunity to create a membership resort - similar to Soho House but in the Classic Car Space.
We have 2 resorts one in the USA and one in the UK - would you know anyone who would be interested in investing alongside us?
The site in the US will allow us to produce a Hotel/Club House of over 100,000 sq ft a significant ski resort and a number of Ranches very close to Los Angeles GDV of over $80m
The Site in the UK is in the Cotswolds and will allow us to produce a Club/Hotel of Circa 45,000 sq ft and $45m GDV of Residential/Holiday Homes.
